WYATT FRANTA

Wyatt operates as Lead Retail Sales & Leasing Advisor for MAJ Commercial Real Estate within the Greater Southwest Washington area.

His jumpstart into Commercial Real Estate began in Orange County, California, working under a luxury residential firm in mid-2018. There, he met and received mentorship from a local CCIM Power Broker. To this day, Wyatt has continued his CRE education, most recently achieving ARGUS Enterprise recognition. He is actively working toward his CCIM designation.

Since joining MAJ in 2021, Wyatt has advised clients across all asset types through various complexities, including build-to-suit leases, 1031 exchanges, lot re-zonings, cold/warm shell leases, and much more.

Wyatt spends his weekends foraging wild mushrooms, overspending at the local Farmer's market, and traveling all over the PNW to discover something new.
